These Terms of Service govern your use of Little Lux Co (the "Services") and any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Little Lux Co sells curated party bags for children's birthdays and events, shipped within Spain. You can reach us at hola@littlelux.es or +34 623 767 154.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or discontinue products at any time before an order is confirmed. Contents of each party bag are as described on the relevant product page; because items are sourced in batches, minor substitutions of equivalent value may occasionally be made without notice.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or a pricing error). Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment providers. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Spain only. Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Your Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer purchasing from us within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at hola@littlelux.es or +34 623 767 154 within that period. Goods should be returned unused and in their original condition; we may deduct any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling. This right is separate from — and in addition to — the guarantee described in our Refund Policy for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain unsealed items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Little Lux Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the Services, or submitting false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Lux Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or your order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or defective products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in Spain, or benefit from the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
